A: Message me! Find your confirmation email and reply that way. Or use the chat feature from the website. I check these messages every Monday morning.  Accidents happen and we will send any missing items hassle free. <3

Q: I put the wrong address in for my order on your website, what should I do?

A: I batch print orders around 1030 A.M EST every day. Please message me within the hour and I'm able to make these adjustments easily.

Q: I tried contacting you and didn't get a response, what should I do?

​

A: If you tried to start a new email instead of using the chat feature, there's a chance your message was sent to my spam folder. This is why I recommend using the chat service provided by the website.

Alternatively, you can also find your confirmation email that I sent to you and you can reply to that email. That's a guarantee that your email will appear in my "Important" email category.

Q: I ordered on TikTok /Etsy and I need to contact you, what should I do.

A: You will need to message me through the corresponding message center provided by TikTok/Etsy. Proof of purchase and order details is a requirement in order for me to assist. You will need to view your orders from the respective app FIRST, then contact me through the order in question. EZPZ
